I started working as a tax advisor for both the Big Four and smaller firms in 1992 and have been specialising in national payroll tax for almost 20 years now. My associate, Martijn Snikkenburg, and I set up our own consultancy firm in 2010.
At Bource-Snikkenburg, I focus primarily on the domestic aspects of taxation and social security associated with employment. This ranges from answering the specific questions an employer may have to horizontal monitoring processes, tax control framework projects and the supervision of tax audits and fiscal procedures. I also regularly work on an interim basis as a in-house tax advisor for the business sector and provide in-house training.
In all that I do, I apply the principles of cooperation, a personal approach and the sharing of knowledge.
